Wilson Watervale Riesling 2021

Description

The Wilson family first planted their vineyard at Polish Hill River in 1974 and are now certainly one of the finest growers of Clare Valley Riesling.   This Watervale Riesling hails from an old block (35 years old) on red ‘terra rosa’ ironstone soils on limestone contributes fragrance.
A wonderful vintage producing a classic Clare Riesling with lovely fragrance and tropical fruit flavours and great refreshing finish .. And it’s a bargain!

Mother nature was kind with an excellent long growing season in 2021 producing excellent quality fruit.
