Winemaker, David Hook planted the original Pothana vineyard 27 yrs ago in Belford, in the north of the Lower Hunter Valley on his family’s grazing property. He “cut his teeth” along side Murray Tyrrell, worked at Lakes Folly and widely as a flying winemaker in France and Spain. With 25 years experience, he makes exceptional wines with regional and varietal character to reflect the place of origin. This is gorgeous offering of bottle age Semillon at its best !
