Each year. Jed ™s three young Australian winemakers travel to the Uco Valley in Argentina to craft wines that express the unique characters of this acclaimed alpine region. They were hugely impressed with the Uco Valley in Mendoza (450 year history of winemaking) as a unique place to make wine with its fresh snowmelt water (from the Andes). crisp mountain air. high altitude ( 1250 m) and pure UV light. This pristine environment produces naturally balanced wines which require minimal intervention in both the vineyard and winery.
An early picking provides zippy freshness followed by a later picking for fruit richness. Aromas of juicy nectarine. white peach. hints of spring flowers… Rich purity of fruit. textural on the palate with lovely cool climate zing.
