Set among the rolling hills on the banks of Greenock Creek at Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley. This boutique vineyard (owned by Keith and Alison Hentschke) was purchased in 1997. then an old vineyard and mixed farming property. Hentley Farm received the coveted 5 star winery rating from James Halliday in his 2010 Wine Companion.
Single vineyard wine made in the dry Provencal style. 100% grenache picked from low yielding vines. 30% matured in French barriques. The result is a crisp but creamy luscious drop “ great food wine. Trophy Barossa Valley Wine Show 2009.RRP$27
