Rich Frankland River Shiraz ( 60% ) has been blended with selected parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) from Mount Barker. Rich. powerful red black cherry. licquorice and tarriness (thanks to the Franklin River shiraz) complemented by more elegant Cabernet flavours of blackcurrant. chocolate and mint (cabernet provides aroma. structure. acid and tannin).
