• $16 per case for NSW Country, Melbourne Metro, Vic Country, Brisbane Metro, Gold & Sunshine Coasts, Canberra/ACT
• $18 per case for QLD Country (includes Toowoomba, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns) Adelaide Metro, Perth Metro, Hobart Metro and Launceston Metro.
