Delamotte Blanc de Blancs ’99 100% grand cru including le Mesnil classic blanc de blancs ( baby Salon made by same house from similar quality fruit ) 5 years on yeast lees. Extraordinarily complex. long and fine. Great vintage and will cellar. During my visit to Delamotte and Salon in Jan this year. this was my favourite champagne of the lineup including its more exclusive sibling. Champagne Salon 97 at 4 times the price!
