Here Cabernet fruit has been sourced from the cool climates of Orange ‘s Central Ranges in NSW and their premium vineyards in Beechworth Victoria (prime wine country blessed with granite and schist rock soil). 18 months maturation in a combination of 1. 2 & 3 year old French oak.
