Description
The history of the estate begins in the 1960s when Nicole and Claude decided to settle on the family property, in the emblematic village of Beaumes-De-Venise. They both benefit from extensive experience in the agricultural sector as they both come from farming families. They are still the first generation of winegrowers! It was by relying on the growing reputation of the Muscat de Beaumes de Venise appellation that they developed the family heritage and the Domaine de la Pigeade. Subsequently, their son Thierry and his wife Marina took over the reins of the approximately 25 hectares that make up the estate. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, the vineyard extends over four renowned appellations: Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, Ventoux, Vacqueyras and Vin de Pays de Vaucluse. It is at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmiraille and not far from the Luberon and Mont Ventoux that the magic happens, allowing you to enjoy a microclimate perfect for growing vines and producing sumptuous vintages.
