Scotchmans Hill Pinot Noir 2011 – 5 stars!
Scotchmans Hill Pinot Noir 2011 received 5 stars from Ben Thomas at the The Weekly Review and wrote this glowing review … ““Three clones of pinot noir were harvested in April 2011 before wild-yeast fermentation took place in small fermenters. This is a good wine from a tough, wet year and a wine with recent form – the Bellarine pinot was my favourite of Scotchman’s releases last year. Perfumed cherry, plum and smoky oak aromas along with complex earthy beetroot, rhubarb, cranberry and black cherry flavours sit nicely with a smooth texture and fine grip. It has length to burn, too”.
