Made by the iconic Barossa vintner, Troy Kalleske (7th generation grape growers). Fruit hails from premium Northern Barossa districts of Greenock, Seppelstfield, Moppa, Stonewell & Ebenezer. This full bodied shiraz is plush with concentrated ripe blood plum, blackberries, some spice balanced by juicy acidity, fine grained tannins and well integrated oak (over 12 months in combination of French, American barriques). This wine blossomed as it opened out over 2 days revealing layers and layers.
