“Wine Appreciation for Connoisseurs ” is an EXCLUSIVE 4 week course designed for lovers of fine wine wishing to develop their knowledge and understanding of wine.
Held over 4 consecutive Wednesday evenings you will taste premium and aged wines from Australia and Europe. explore different styles and varieties. understand how table and sparkling wines are made. and learn about viticulture in Australia.
The course is fun and interactive and the perfect introduction to the world of wine. Class numbers are kept to a minimum to ensure everyone benefits from the experience so we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.
