Grant Taylor learnt the ropes as chief winemaker at Gibbston Valley Estate for 13 yrs. Grant is widely regarded as new Zealand ‘s pinot guru. His aim is to produce top shelf single vineyard pinot noirs highlighting the different sub regions of central otago. Bannockburn is warmer and produces more brooding muscular style of pinot….that demands teh decanter or time in the cellar!
