“This is the best release of the appassimento dry racked version that I ™ve tasted …Cinnamon dusted blueberries. black fruits. chocolate covered raisins. caramel. pepper spice and all manner of smooth delights. Hints of leather. meat and coffee grounds set it off. Structured by buoyant acidity and long. fine drying tannin which assures it never loses a sense of purpose either. Easy to indulge in now although I ™d be keen to see how it evolves over time. ” Jeremy Pringle. Wine Will Eat Itself.
