Description
Eden valley shiraz at it ‘s best. 500 metres altitude gives cooler nights and mornings and produces shiraz with great aromatics and acidity with raspberry kick. One of my favourite red wines at the “Artisans of the Barossa ” tasting. Concentrated dark berry. raspberry. hints of mocha. aniseed. gentle use of savoury French oak. Still slightly closed but let it breathe and it will open up and it will reward!
