Winemaker David Hook planted the original Pothana vineyard 25 yrs ago in Belford (north of lower Hunter). He
has a wealth of experience- cut his teeth along side Murray Tyrrell, worked
at Lakes Folly and as a flying winemaker in Bordeaux, The Rhone Valley,
France and Spain. David Hook was on hand to pour his superb
wines at this fun sit down tasting expertly matched to Fourth Villages amazing French cheeses.
