Current release of Bannockburn Chardonnay 2009 is gathering much excitment .. we recently spoke to winemaker, Michael Glover to get some inside news about this brilliant Chardonnay. 100% Malolactic fermentation, yields were 2/3 lower than the previous vintage resulting in a more powerful and intense wine. The wine is built for longevity and Michael believes that it will be the most long lived Chardonnay they have produced!
