The Adami family (leading craftsman of prosecco sparkling) own spectacular vineyards located in the alpine hills of Valdobbiadene, North East of Italy including sub-regions of Col San Martino, Cornuda, Guia and DOC Treviso. The vineyards were once cultivated by the Dominican Friars back in the 15th century and hence the name.100% Prosecco (aka Glera grapes) have produced lively flavours of apples, juicy pears, citrus with more-ish hint of roast nuts, a delicate mousse and a dry lip-smacking finish.
